ALINEA is a registered trademark of Home Decor under Trademark No. 7479137. "Alinea by Home Decor" is our trade name and brand mark.
2. Permitted use
You may refer to our brand by name in editorial, review, or reference contexts. You may not use our name, logo, or product names in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
3. Enforcement
We actively protect our marks. Unauthorised commercial use, imitation, or misrepresentation of the Alinea brand will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
4. Reporting misuse
If you encounter counterfeit products or misuse of our brand, please report it to hdecorfurniturestore@gmail.com so we can act.
